Tipping Saddle

Hello,

I'm having problems with the saddle on my Charge Plug. It's been fine for a few months but now when I hit pot holes, the seat tips back and the nose rises. I've taken it off, cleaned and greased it but it no change. I wondering if the thread has gone?

Any advice would be gratefully received before I replace the whole thing?

Most modern bikes have a 6 mm allen key bolt under the saddle (sometimes 2 x 5mm). It's part of the seat post rather than part of the saddle. Needs to be dead tight. A long allen key is useful. If it keeps on turning ad infinitum you've stripped the thread.
