The little bolts that stop the pads coming out - are they M2 or M3 (x5mm)? I did have a link to a supplier, but lost it.

The ones I just checked are M4, taking a 2mm allen key.
I'm not sure they are official Shimano holders though.

The official ones apear to be M4x5.5mm (thanks for the lead andrew_s), Shimano Y-8FA 17000.

'Unofficial' ones - 99p for 10, M4 x 5mm, bigger head than Shimano's, but do the job nicely
