Been watching this Ebay and auction watch: let us know if you see something over the last few weeks , so arranged an early am meeting today . And guess what ....its in the Garage

Just under 10kg on a set of cheap baggage scales so not bad , just had first ride around the block and i need to adjust bars back and around a bit .

Feels ok all things considered , some tweaks here and there will make a difference for sure

Well this has been in progress way too long , i have removed all the bits i wanted and have slowly been converting it to single speed and today its had its first ride .

Its extremely light more so now without all the mechanism's etc etc .

Chain tensioner device lets me run either pushing the chain up or down its a lot quieter in pushing down mode for some reason so that's the way its staying

When I picked it up it was running a 2 x 9 set up via non indexed tt style levers

Are you planning to ride that for a while or just move it on? It definitely looks a lot more balanced at the front without the tt stuff

Ride it for a few more miles to make sure ok , then will move it on .
