Tiagra Front Mech

Anyone know which way around the limit stops are on a Tiagra front mech? It doesn't have an L or an H anywhere (and funnily enough neither does the front mech on my Galaxy). The one on my hack has H nearest the seat tube. Was wondering if this was the same for this mech?

With the chain on the small ring turn the bike upside down (easier to see that way) and see which screw is butting against it's stop. That will be the L adjuster.

The 'L' is the screw closest to the frame on that mech.
