Another shockingley nice day here. However feel a bit jaded by yesterdays 75 miler and Mrs W insisting we go to the pub for tea. Which requires a 20 minute walk. So currently on second coffee wondering if I will need another before I can get going.

Took the doggy out this morning and underestimated summers approach with a hat and gloves. Lovely sunny start to the day.
Swimming session booked at lunchtime, looks like a run this evening.
Garmin is happier now as I’ve been upgraded to ‘maintaining’

Great bit of Sim racing yesterday at Monaco, Red Bull Ring and Bathurst as the wildcard. And I won, yay.

First bike communt into town since early Jan, went well and now starving hungry, may have to dig into my chicken & bacon pasta for two a bit early.

Sun's out, it's warm, so the arms and legs are out for a pasty ride. Veeery slow, as it'll be the longest ride since the ticker diagnosis. Posh bike.
