Thoughts on this?

What are anyone's thoughts on this? My brother's girlfriend is looking for a bike for general tottling around town - on a very tight budget, nothing new other than a Tesco BSO would come near the amount. She likes MTBs. chunkier tyres, sit-up-and-beg type bikes. I have asked the seller for a size. I don't know too much about bikes (other than how to spend money on them ) and zilch about MTBs

If it has 24" wheels as the seller states then it's a minuscule bike. MTBs have 26" wheels.

Cheers. I would be more inclined to believe they got the wheel size wrong!
