Thoughts on this bike for sale..bit strange

Friend of mine just spotted this

Seems ok generally, but the description is a bit strange..."quick release racing chain" for example

I would love to hear others thoughts on this before I advise my friend if its a good deal.

Ask for the bike's serial number and check if it's been reported stolen? (I don't know whether registers such as Bike Shepherd offer this service.)

^^^ who cares what it means - obviously the write of the advertisement has no clue so what is the point in speculating. only way we can find out is either by sending qeustion to the seller or getting somebody knowledgeable look at the bike,

Full carbon forks as well [insert ooooh smiley here]...apart from the fact they're alu/carbon [insert doh here]
Bartape looked brand new..i can't keep black tape clean what chance would i have with white ?

If thats 10 speed (which i think it is), its a bargain, suspiciously so.

Mailed him and this is the response I got:

Google will be good helper to regarding "quick release" Because only rear wheel has a tiagra hub means, front one is original hub.

Be careful ringing listings on gumtree that appear too good to be true. It's a scam and they are normally premium rate numbers.

The poor English of the seller would make me walk away. Looks like he is using an online translator. Could be wrong, but not worth the risk for me.
