Saw some Moon 1.0 and 2.0 lights at my LBS the other day and they seem pretty neat. Anyone used these before?

Yeap - a Moon XP-300 front light which is very good - easily good enough on its own for cruising down pitch black lanes. Battery life is also good. The only down side is that mine doesn't like the cold! When the temperature's below 5 C the low battery light comes on even when it's fully charged.

I've also got the Moon Shield which is an excellent rear light - good bracket, can be angled down so it's not too obnoxious to the poor sap behind you and very, very bright even on its lowest setting. I think it's one of the best rear lights out there.

I've got the Moon XP300 and Shield 60 which I bought in a pack for £100 a few months back which I thought was a good deal. Wiggle are currently selling them at 30% off so they're £90 link here. I do like my lights, they're very bright and being able to recharge them is great. They come with a mains charger (which I leave at home) and a USB cable which means I can charge them when I get into work.

I've had people comment on my lights, particularly the rear one and ask what make they were and my brother liked my lights so much he bought the same.

Definitely a +1 for the Moon XP300 and Shield 60 in my books.
