New paint, brakes, chains, cables, captain's bar, fenders and pedals.

Just dynamo wiring and Rollhoff cables to finish. I reckon it looks better than the day it was made, not bad for a nine year old bike!

I like the extension cord for the headlight. You could plug that into a power point at the far end of the campsite.

Just had a nosey, as looking for a tandem now, but can't afford it, so good luck with the sale (or possibly not, if someone changes their mind).

I still don't understand why a bike is designed to need six inches of headset spacers...

It takes a while for ones eyes to adjust to it, but it's a really good way of achieving a moderately upright riding position (and plenty of options for adjusting the bar height) without raising the top tube. Another way would be to provide a dirty great headtube, but you wouldn't get the adjustment.

My Koga World Traveller is similar, but it is so comfortable it would be churlish to complain.
