ive had about as much as I'm going to put up with, from the 'orse poo PF30 pressfit BB, on the Boardman Roady.

So I did a bit of searching, and found this.

It replaces the PF30 pressfit, with a Hollowtech II threaded set up, via a nicely made adaptor shell, which obviously takes HT II cranks, owing to its reduced 24mm i.d. Bearings. There are other versions out there, but this one is very well made.

My fave bike mechanic told me this was not available for my Giant Defy 1, which was disappointing. Wish it was.
