I've just spent a lovely lunch hour, cycled out to Sainsburys, then on to the canal path, back along and stopped to eat the bought sandwich, then back to the office. All in all a lovely way to dawdle 5 miles and eat lunch in the sunshine - and it is meant to be sunny all week!

Yep, thanks to the lunch time cycle, pre meeting cycle at 5pm and then cycle home, I did 18 miles today.
