According to Top Gear magazine 90% of drivers got a speeding ticket in the last twelve months. Whether it's all drivers or just those polled - if its true isn't that an extraordinary figure?

Which also has a graphic which tells us that cyclists annoy only 36% of Admiral customers - after 'the elderly' 41% and taxi drivers 37%.

It's a mis-reading of the data. Of the 4% of drivers who have been caught speeding, 90% have been caught exactly once. Page 22.
