Thinner insoles

Anyone know where I can buy them? My winter boots are too tight unless I take the insoles out and they have a thick fluffy insole, looking for thin shoe insoles please.

This sounds a bit obvious but have you got any old trainers/shoes knocking about that you could borrow the insoles from? I did this with some non cycling shoes until they began to fit better.

Specialized footbeds? Or just go to Sports Direct depending whether you want to spend £20 or a fiver. Are you looking for moulded orthotic type or just something to put between your foot and boot?

Just something to put between the foot and boot , not as ive ever tried footbeds but i havent had any issues so far without them.
The joys of wide feet and odd shoe sizing , i even went a size up.
