Christmas
Holidays away from home.
Action films ( they all follow the same pattern. )
Formula 1 . I find it boring now.
Football. Too much money involved.
Video games.

I used to love motorsport but have zero interest nowadays.

It's the same with cars in general. I'm perfectly happy to drive a one litre Yaris. People express surprise when they find out it is my only car because apparently you need at least 200bhp nowadays.

I haven't been fishing in many years. Just lost interest.

I used to do a lot of touring – I wanted to see everything! While I'm glad to have visited as much of the world as I could, these days I'm content to stay closer to home, as there's also a whole world at my doorstep that I tended to ignore in my rush out the door.

Surprisingly, watching day long stages of the TdF. In the days of David Saunders, used to be glued to the TV when any rare cycling coverage was shown. But now just the highlights and I often fast forward to the last 3k.

At least until one or two health issues are sorted out. But at the glacial pace of the NHS, that could be a long way off.
I have invested in an e-bike to help, but I have to say, it's not REAL cycling. A low powered motorbike that needs pedaling, maybe.

In the opposite direction i seem to have increased an interest in:

- Cod liver oil
- Anti inflamatories
- Grippy shoes (as opposed to smooth soled death traps)
- Thermal underwear
- Porridge
- Small blue tablets🤔

But i have practically given up sleep vs my youth…
