things i'd like to see done better on the mobile site

1. Autodetect
2. A "what's new" link (always assuming the "block forums" issue is solved)
3. Positive feedback after hitting "post" - at the moment it just uploads and then does nothing, so it's tempting to hit the button again.
4. An even slimmer/less pretty/less resource-hungry interface - it's something yacf does well.
5. Ignore lists - they don't work on the mobile skin.
6. All that without having to download an app onto a corporate device.

There is a 'what's new' link if you click on the little icon top left.
I agree about No4 though, I have a PAYG 100mb a week limit and never used that much, since the new cc mobile has been going I hit it after 4 or 5 days now

Actually there *is* auto-detect - I've got the "cyclechat" theme on the desktop(s), but the mobile delivers the "mobile" theme. And when I first landed here via mobile it offered me the chance to download tapatalk.

7. Mobile site to remember login details - I don't think that's just me not ticking a box.
8. Home page that's <300k (cf typical page <30k).

Option to return back to the sub forum you are in (e.g. Cafe) via a linky at the top of the page rather than having to go to the main forum and reselect it
