Just got a email from road cc and one of their links was to these, they claim to be the world's lightest innertubes, there a tad costly though.

Why not get a normal inner tube and paint it brilliant white?

I swear I remember using something similar donkey's years ago! No-where near as light though.

They are a sort of plastic rather than rubber.
