In the first sentence of the article there were 2 words I'd never heard if so gave up 🤔
"We" and "love"?
As the copyright notice at the bottom suggests, it's been around, and doing the rounds, for 20 years and more. It dates from a more innocent time, before cycling became popular and assertive cycling commonplace, when cyclists were still working out whether hiviz and helmets should be mandatory and when a Brompton commuter in London was a rare enough site that the bike came with a stash of cards to hand out. And when you got stopped at traffic lights by people asking "what
is that?" and "isn't it
really dangerous to ride a bike?"
It's still a good attempt to summarise the things that a cyclist can do to make themselves more present on a road, even if some of it pushes back onto the rider things which should be with the driver.
