Am I allowed to be a cross between winter & indoors? I use an exercise bike all winter with the odd ride if its not wet or windy or too cold or or (well just the odd ride)

Haven't been on it for the best part of 3 years. But going to get my Specialized Secteur out of storage and start going out when the clocks go forward after work.. I've been going to a gym, but that is as dull as ****..
