If the EU was ever going to implode it would have started by now... all Brexit has done has made other nations REALLY appreciate what they have got, which is fantastic for them...*

Certain tensions in Italy.

And I rather had the idea that some in Italy actually welcomed Brexit as a way of exerting pressure on european dictats they didn't like.

so brexit may have actually acted as a safety valve.

If you look at Hungary and Poland something more serious than "certain tensions".

I voted remain but Europe does have issues.

True Blue Hills, but the tensions inside individual nations are to do with the rise of counter-factions and internal rivalries between regions and ideologies... the EU is, and always has been, bigger than that.

Edit: look at the economic and social tensions between industrial northern Italy and Sicily- Italy is a relatively new country as is Greece- the populists in each seek to unify their support by attacking and blaming the EU for their economic failures... sound familiar?
