I always lend out bikes to friends that don't have bikes and want to try riding. I've lent out road and trails bikes and even have had a bike shop let me take up to 12 demo trail bikes for a weekend ever year, for a friends group ride. The last few months my main fat bike has been when my friend's son-in-law to do some riding. He's been having fun and just picked up a used bike of his own at a bike shop used bike sale. I went and picked it up and will play on the trails for a bit with her. Got out for a couple hours on some wet trails and just had fun.
