As an ipod wearing zombie myself, this crap piece of research doesn't support my own weak-arse argument for listening to music while riding.

I think all they discovered is that cars are designed to be quiet on the inside, shocker!!

What sort of headphones? The result for ear sealed active noise reduction will be very different from open backed jobbies.
