The chain gets stuck on SRAM eTap fresh installation

Hi everyone!

I've just installed a new groupset SRAM Force D2.
I did everything according to the instructional video:

When installing the front derailleur I used the installation tool from this video:

And now when I'm trying to shift the front derailleur from a smaller to a bigger ring, the chain gets stuck between the ring and a guide.

Here's a video:


It happens on any rear gear.

Here I also tried to take pictures.

What's wrong here?

It’s hard to see with the angle your showing but it seems to me you’re possibly to low on the setting up. I’ve posted a picture of mine on the large chainring so you can see the Clearance.

At a guess I would say that the front mech is possibly too low. A couple of mm's can make all the difference.
