Looks like a good case of the "6 P" plan to me lol.

There was I thinking Skoda was the only car allowed. The length of the car really helps with all that kit on the roof.

Funny enough, about a week before the Giro started in NI I was queuing at a roundabout in Haverfordwest (Pembs) when I notice a large yellow car beside me. Looking across it turned out to be one of the Mavic neutral service cars, fully liveried and obviously LH drive with French plates. No bikes or wheels on the roof alas, but they must have been on their way to the ferry at Fishguard to get across the Irish sea. Not the shortest driving route heading for the Republic instead of the six counties direct, but I suppose the quickest as the journey port to port across England is nearly all motorway.

Mustang1, I guess so. It was stopped on the motorway up to Darfo Therme with people looking underneath. The quote above was from Scott Mitchell when we mentioned it to him when we saw the Sky team at Ponte di Legno a couple of days later.
Didn't they have problems with one breaking down in last year's TdF? I think that was some sort of leak.
