You have obviously tried it then.;)
Yes. Set the task of coming up with a bomb threat.
Part of the coursework involved how would you deal with when such a threat was received.
Location only had two exits, one was "covered" with a stationary car(radio control) with afore mentioned half block of marzipan, complete with wiring & a couple of flashing LED's clearly visible to anyone asked to check out the window on the door. One exit/escape route blocked.
Main entrance covered by a second, similar car, only this came out from a bag underneath a table. Hitting the wall & "activating" it. As this was happenning, a phonecall was put through fom a nearby office, to those at the desk to point out what had just happened. Various questions asked, not giving them time to get a question in.
Had the "device become active". Flashing LED's would let them know if it was active or not. Owing to a gap were someome might just get out, It was pointed out that there movement sensors fitted on both vehicles.
Anyone moving nearby would set the device(s) off. Some one went to try to move it out of the way. This activated the mecury switch, causing the second battery to short whilst passing an electric current through the wire running through the marzipan like a heating coil. Smoke was then seen coming from the "plastic explosive".
I'm told blind panic ensued in that room with both means of escape blocked. I wasn't allowed to help on that part of their coursework in that manner again. Don't know why?

Got some cycling, a walk and a bit more painting done.
The cycling wasn't as good as I hoped as my legs died in the second half of what was supposed to be a 2x20 interval session. But then it is the off-season so I won't cry.

Well you can cry, but it won't do you any good. Never mind it wasn't all bad. I did some housework, then spent 55 mins on the turbo trainer. Legs don't hurt (as much) bum doesn't hurt (as much). It is getting a lot easier. Hopefuly by spring I will be ready to stretch my mileage.

Yeah, it does get easier on the legs/bum but the intensity of effort never reduces as you just go faster over more miles. Just wait 'til you try some of those Welsh mountain roads.

I know. I live in the wrong area. Just to the North or south there are some flat areas, but where I am are nothing but hills. live in the foothills of the cambrian mountains. I have however found a couple of place that I can go and enjoy flat (ish) cycling in the spring.
