TDF on Virgin TV

Can anyone get the tour on full screen in the (red button option itv) on virgin tv?

I can't, was not impressed with service yesterday.

It's not full screen, it's that funny small thing. When it works. Mine doesn't. A bit annoying as ITV4 is widescreen whereas eurosport UK is till 4:3. Then again other interactive services are reduced size/bitrate/res . Still better than nowt.
