Tapatalk query

Downloaded Tapatalk 1.4 for BlackBerry the other day. I can get onto the forum as Guest but it I try to login as me, using my email address and forum password it says Loading for a few seconds and then "There was a problem processing the information/ Please contact customer services" I know the password is right because if I use a gash password I get a different error message.

Any ideas?

There may have been an update to the Tapatalk plugin - I'll check tonight, and if I get a chance upload it.
