TACX Spider Team Workstand - £99

Ive been looking at workstands since ive got a carbon framed bike, i have a clamp type and was a bit concerned about damaging the frame and came across this one. http://www.decathlon.co.uk/tacx-spider-team-workstand-id_8242726.html
If you order it over the weekend (unlike me who ordered it this morning before the email came out!) and have a decathlon card you will get an extra 200 points on top. Its a good bit cheaper than any where else that i can find as well!

Stupid question but how do you set up stuff on the front of your bike using that as the front wheel needs to be off to use it?

I'll let you know next week! To be honest most of the time its the gears etc im messing with, lad at work swears by this type of stand.
