Afternoon all. Just looking for a 2nd opinion if I may. I'm fairly new to bike mechanics and usually make use of the LBS if I have any issues. However this one is a little more tricky to cycle in the front door with.
Recently I purchased a TACX NEO. I've had a few issues and TACX have been working with me to resolve. I now seem to be getting there, however I when riding the big FD ring and using the smaller 4/5 cogs at the rear I get a vibration. It's like a small sawing feeling. On the small FD and the other gears it feels smooth. It changes gear quickly and precisely, the bike is brand new, the whole chainset is 2015 11s Shimano 105.
Could what I am experiencing be indexing related rather than the Neo this time ? And if so should I even try to correct it myself ? The last thing I want to do is make something worse / create new issues.
Thanks for any help.
