Ha Ha, I emailed them and said thank you very much but as my noise is the same as countless videos already uploaded I didn't see the point. I didn't complain I just asked them if there was a UK distributor so I could just buy the tool myself as I thought the postage was a bit OTT direct from their site. Just checked my emails and received notification that they've posted the tool out
So, it took a few days to get there but on the whole I'm very pleased with the service from Tacx.
However, to be fair, it is good customer service but then when you pay £1,200 for a trainer I don't think it's that unreasonable to expect it to be so?
