Somebody mention a few shops that sell them

Most motorbike shops will have Buffs. Sweatband, neckscarf, headscarf, sunhat and helmet liner all in one polyester package.

Or any large sports shop. Heck, even most small sports shops.

You're right, I had ass-u-me-d that the OP was referring to those for the head rather than the wrists. Buffs can be doubled over, though, and sports shops will still sell wrist bands.

Mind you, licra and that shade of pink could be the new in thing for the fashion concious cyclist.
