Sw900 Needed

Anyone in, or around greater Manchester has a sw900 for sale pretty cheap I could collect , I'm desperate in need bike needed for work 😭 sorry if posted in wrong place .

If i am correct the sw900 is rated for over 15.5 mph which is the legal limit for e bikes ?
