Suspension post height adjustment?

Hello all. Does anybody know if a Post Moderne suspension post is height adjustable? There is a user guide which makes no mention of height and am beginning to think I might have to swap it out for a conventional one so that my short legs can reach the floor when at rest. And apologies if this is the wrong place to post this.

Seat height should be adjusted when you are on the bike so that your leg is almost straight when the pedal is at the bottom of its stroke. This means in order to touch the ground you have to get off the saddle.
Riding with a saddle too low will lead to knee problems/pain.
