It is an 18 inch frame as stated.

I don't know whether it will fit you without you trying ............

However you are a tad taller than me and have a short leg as well, so maybe, but maybe not. Sorry I can't be more precise short of you actually trying it. I see you are in mid Hampshire so distance to try might be prohibitive.
