Suntour xcr air fork maintenance

Hello, I want to perform a simple maintenance on my fork and there isn't much resource on internet. There is just

this video on the internet for my fork but it actually a bit confused me. How should I do this maintenance and what tools should I use? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your response. I tried to find oil specs for it but I can't find it anywhere. Would it be ok if I just use a 15wt oil from rockshox?
Edit: I found https://www.srsuntour.com/tr/service/#c2808 this link and it says replace the oil in the air chamber with 80wt and use teflon lubricant on wiper seal but it does not specify what to use on lower legs. Can I just use 80wt on lower legs too?
