Sunrise cycling

Anyone here particuarly enjoy doing this and where is the best place you've cycled when the sun is coming up?

I like getting out early on a Sunday or Bankholiday when the roads are all but empty. Sets me up for the day.

Only concern if bright sun is low down at either end of the day it can be blinding the allready blind car drivers peering through grimy windows so just be aware.

You both commute so work dictates your time,What would be the time if this was not the case?

I'm too lazy to get up that early the only time I could catch anything near as nice is in the middle of winter.

Sunrise on the way to the start of the Elenith 300km Audax. I get to see quite a few sunrises thanks to Audaxing. I'll see two in a couple of weeks as I'm doing a 600km ride that starts at 6am and I expect to finish around 6pm the next day.
