These any good? Is it an ok idea to use one of these to replace my Sora 50t ring?

Sunrace are part of the same company as Sturmey - Archer, famed for their 3 speed hub gears!
Medium range products at good prices I believe. If it fits it should be fine .....but not much to go on with your thread.

Have a look at stronglight dural or more expensive zircal range. Ribble sell them.
