This is probably a totally different thread (is there one named cheapskate?), but I got new ones from Aldi this week. £3. Stops flies in my eyes and tears rolling down my cheeks when I'm bombing down hills (ok, usually covering my brakes and getting scared).
But I do cycle in a mish-mash of clothes and don't care what I look like - other than usually wearing a bright pink top in an effort to get seen by motorists!
Seriously, some folks like spending on high class stuff, some like a bargain, it's a matter of priorities. Besides, I'm so blonde that I'd probably drop posh ones when I take my helmet off, leave them in a cafe or forgot where I left them every day
Gorgeous day out there - get that suncream and sunnies combination and give it some welly in the sunshine
