Every pair of cycling sunglasses I've ever had seem to scratch really easily. Generally my lenses end up scratched after being worn just a few times, and sometimes after a single use.
How come basic sunglasses scratch so easily, and is it possible to buy sunglasses that have some sort of anti-scratch coating on that don't cost a fortune?

I've currently got about half a dozen pairs of various styles and lenses on the go, some are 10 years old and only the one pair (as above) is scratched. Maybe it's time to dip a little deeper into your pockets for a quality product
