A Pashley and something called a Bauer.
Both have enclosed chains and hub gears.

Done a bit of googling. Looks like Bauer bikes are made, despite the name, in NZ.
Can't see the one in the pic in their current line-up though.

Pic taken with my mobile.

A close friend has a Pashley Poppy in blush pink and it's fabulous. Too heavy and too few gears for me to go as quickly as I currently do on my Sirrus but I had a go on it and it was surprisingly quick. She uses it quite regularly.

The Guvnor must be one of the coolest looking bikes out. How does it ride?

It rides like a river barge.
Bowls along once you get it going in a predictable and confidence-inspiring way though, but you have to wrestle it round corners too tight for just leaning.
But you do it with great style!

Climbing's ok in the easiest of the three gears. Feels funny with those handlebars when you get out of the saddle.
;)
Certainly looks good. I'd love a go on it.
