Stuck BB hollowtech style cup

Hi all, in the process of installing a new BB. Got the drivetrain side cup off with my park tool easy enough, but literally the other side is well and truly stuck, I'm really scared to pull/push any harder on the tool as I don't want to shear the grooves, nor do I want to damage my carbon fibre frame (probably not likely).

Any suggestions?

I've never had a stuck HT style cup TBH. They can be stiff due to the loc-tite but they will go. Just make sure your tool is well seated, that you're undoing it the right way and persevere. A squirt of penetrating can't hurt either.

A sharp tap on the tool with a lump hammer, preferably with someone holding the bike too.

Your frame is under a lot of load and stress when you ride anyway.
