Mac: Cmd-Shft-4, drag the cursor round the screen part you want to capture then go hunt for it on your desktop.
PC. Shft-Prt Scr then paste into a photo editor and save as a file or just paste into a document, email etc.

Or are you just trying to link to one Rich. Then its just a case of clicking on the 'Link' button in google street view (the one that looks like a chain icon). Copying it then selecting the 'Link' button here (the one that also looks like a chain icon). Pasting the link there and clicking on 'Insert'.
To save it you need to do a screen dump as mentioned above. Except on a laptop it might be slightly different, here I've got to press the 'fn' button and 'prt sc'
