Not done Streatley hill but have you tried going from Watlington up towards Christmas Common? There are two routes. I've done the slightly easier one towards Pishill.

I went up streatley hill on a loaded tourer on my way to Lands End this easter. I had to get off and push the last 200m as I couldnt get the bike moving again after stopping, even in the granny ring. My legs were jelly. Two guys came up on MTBs while I was getting my breath back at the top and they were both in bottom gear. I plotted my route on bike hike and hadnt noticed the hill.

Another lump to try that I've not done. Gone up Pishill and Stonor to Christmas Common (harder than Pishill). Others in the area that I've done are on the Anthony Maynard Sportive route Apple Pie Hil which is somewhere around Ashampstead/Aldworth way and the climbs around Boxford (short but nasty). Also across Snelsmore Common and Red Shute Hill between Curridge and Cold Ash. Further east Wargrave Hill is short, but one i found a challenge.
