strava rides to elite turbo trainer

hi can anyone tell me if i can export strava rides recorded by phone app not garmin to my elite turbo trainer, im bit slow when it comes to technology

surely if it is collecting data then you can transfer it - if it says your done 0mlies in 2hrs then i would think your screwed - but the is the limit of my technical knowledge - dont worry first consultation is free
