Strava help please

So i have joined a strava club but can't seem to connect my rides up on their lists. I am a member but after downloading onto my own strava account direct from Garmin everything is cool but it will not show up on the club page
Now on their page a tab says 'share club rides' and so i clicked it and it came up with two options to use as the main screen. Then you are told to click on one of the links and it says something about a widget?
So that is where it ends for me a click on the link but where do i paste the link ?
It says put it on your blog but what is your blog and if its your own userpage where do i paste it?

Once you're in a Club, any activities you log on Strava (provided the're not marked as Private) will show in the Recent Activity tab on the club page. That's it, that's all the sharing you need to do - i.e. none.

The 'share club rides' widgets you refer to allow you to put club statistics on other websites such as club pages and blogs outside of Strava - i.e. are for sharing overall club things with the outside world, not sharing rides within the club.

The 10 most recent activites by any club's members show on the recent activity tab. After that, whilst you can always press the More button at the bottom, I wonder if many do

But some can be seen but in there home page its marked as private. IE. They are private to the public (unless given permission) but the rides are open to the club. It is almost like the club has to request to be one of those that follows you so to speak
