Strava having a subscription fart?

Just logged on the Stava on the computer and a banner is displaying

×We had a problem debiting your PayPal account. Please verify your PayPal funding sources and upgrade in order to continue your subscription

Looking at paypal it shows my subscription was paid as normal. (actually it shows twice)

Either way it wont let me access the subscription features and suggests i subscribe.


Anyone else having a similar fart? Needless to say Strava support are not forthcoming.

I'm on the free version, for some reason Strava wasn't downloading from the TomTom site, I had to delete it, and log in again for it to send the data to Strava .

I've had a few bits of wierdness recently including one lost Kom (someone created a new segment which I was briefly installed as Kom while it processed everyone's efforts) which it insists on telling me about every couple of days as if it has just happened.

So I wonder if they're doing one of their "upgrades".

The timing has naffed me off as I had a free morning to play with my data.
