Strange transmission issue

I have a strange issue with my gears where shifting up from one certain gear results in it jumping too far and temporarily engaging the next gear up before settling back to the gear I initially selected.

I've looked at a few videos for this and it looks like I should be able to fix this by increasing tension on the cable but as it's only on this certain change should I be looking elsewhere for the fix?

Sounds like the indexing has just gone a tiniest bit out. Had similar on OH's commuter the other day - needed about half a turn on adjuster.
