I have just bought a Boardman Team Carbon road bike and fitted a set of fairly cheap pedals.

When i am peddling at speed there is a clicking noise coming from the pedals. The clicking is consistent and is only on the pedal I am pressing down on at the time so it's moving from the left pedal when I press that down then the right when I press that down.

Sorry for the poor description. Any help is appreciated

Is it your right shoe or crank clipping the end of the front derailleur inner cable?

Could be the pedals clicking away if they are cheap, as anove your shoe hititng the front mech cable, or your cleats

Since the click is on each pedal then likely pedals or cleats if you are using. First try tightening the pedals up a touch and see if it goes away.

If you haven't already done so add some anti-sieze compound (or grease) to the pedal threads. This probably won't affect the clicking, but it will make them easier to get off when you want to.
