Strange Lump on bike tyre

Never seen a bike tyre do this before. Its tubeless so must have a had a puncture then done this. Its a huge lump. Has anyone else seen this before?

I’m coming around to thinking I should buy tyres in threes, as the rear always wears more quickly.
