strada wireless...question

My strada wireless stopped working and the word "unlt" has appeared on the screen....does this mean I need to change my battery?...I was given no warning that the battery was low and if this is the case will I lose all my mileage data?...or is there something wrong with my computer?

Change both batteries. If you change it quick, you shouldn't drop the data.

If data has gone (Mine all reset when you put a new battery in), did you keep a record so you can re enter it?
