I ordered a jersey from SG last week, which is a little big so ordered the size down yesterday and will return one. Arrived within a couple of days.

This morning, I received a thank you email from the company founder thanking me for my custom. I had missed a fiver off next order voucher in the first parcel and he is going to add that onto the refund (will cover the return post cost).

Going round in circles trying to explain that I want a long sleeved top for the *summer*. It's not going well. He's just informed me that as of October, the catalogue will include arm warmers. Which is great ... except I keep saying I want summer tops.
